Using SEO for Lead Generation is not new. What we do that is new is that we have a very clear strategy that automates most of the SEO, includes basic link building and focuses on lead generation so that clients can measure ROI quickly and maximize their investment of money and time.

The tricky part is in the word automation. We do not automate article writing. We have a system that automates the targeting of keywords at a very affordable price point. You still need to either write articles or pay someone to write articles. And yes, we have a team of inbound marketing writers that you can work with.

But if you want to do the writing yourself, how long will it take?

This is an excellent question and not easy to answer because every industry and website is somewhat different. I have seen people get results in one week and I have seen other people take months to build up momentum and see a good return.

The key to remember is that just because we have automated the SEO targeting, we are not automating the content creation, and the more content you produce the more results you will get – faster.

A professional SEO Expert will spend 8 hours per week working on one website with a set of 20 keywords. They know that is what it takes.

A business owner might feel like they have done their duty by writing two or three articles in a month for inbound marketing, but really that is minimal. You might be able to get by with that if you have a well established site, but chances are you could do much better by doing more.

Content Marketing is when you intentionally create content that draws people to your company.

The most obvious Content Marketing is writing articles that get ranked well in search engines and generate organic visitors to your site – where ideally you encourage them to start a relationship with you by downloading a free report, signing up for a course, registering to watch a video or any number of other options.

Content marketing is also when you produce content for other sites that encourage people to visit your site. For example, a video may be watched on one of the video hosting websites but contain the web address of your site, which would result in people visiting your main website after consuming your content on another website where they found it.

Inbound Marketing is another name for Content Marketing. I like the term Inbound Marketing because it shows what makes this form of marketing so different from others. You are helping people come to you instead of traditional, interuption marketing.

I am working with more people in very specific niche industries lately. One example is Basement Waterproofing.

When working with specific businesses in a specific niche, it is much easier and faster to get great search engine results.

This is because it is much more obvious what people are searching on. In the case of basement waterproofing it is easy to target someone that needs your services. You need to define your target geographic region and use Inbound Marketing to position yourself so that people that need your service can find you.

In the case of Basement Waterproofing Marketing results, have been getting are great, and this is just the beginning. By making it easier for non-web focused businesses to get results, we are going to see a great deal more competition for high value keywords and the first movers in each industry and region will get better results.

This will work for industries that addresses a specific solution to a well defined problem that people are doing searches about. And these businesses are going to get great marketing results in the form of targeted traffic and lead generation.

Basement waterproofing is just one example of the kind of business that is leaving all kinds of leads untapped. Any kind of home improvement or repair company must do web marketing. Search is the new yellow pages.

Why does Corporate Blog Software improve your SEO?

The blog software itself should greatly enhance the search engine optimization because corporate blogging software should only have a few goals – one being search results and another being lead generation.

But how well your corporate blog software improves your results also depends on the research and implimentation of the site. Here are some things that you should consider when setting up a corporate blog.

Keyword research – are you targeting keywords that have traffic but do not have too much competition?

Optimization – does your corporate blog software automatically optimize based on your keyword targets and does it keep content fresh?

Multi-author – Does your corporate blog have the ability to allow many people to do Blog Writing?

Is the corporate blog an Inbound Marketing engine that will get you a good return on your investment?

These are just some of the things you should consider to enhance the SEO with Blogs as well as produce actual corporate sales and lead goals.

Inbound Marketing and Buzz Marketing are both just labels placed on a particular marketing strategy. So what are the big differences beween Buzz Marketing and Inbound Marketing?

Buzz Marketing creates curiosity, but may not easily draw people into the sales funnel the way you hope. Inbound Marketing is usually going to be more focused and lead people into a relationship.

Buzz Marketing depends on word of mouth and social media to spread the buzz. Inbound Marketing is more strategic in publishing and search engines, although it also can benefit from social media and Word of Mouth.

Inbound Marketing is more likely to produce leads that are further along in the sale cycle. With Inbound Marketing you are trying to help people that are looking for your product or service find you and learn from you. Buzz Marketing will reach more people, but because it is buzz they may not be likely to purchase anything. It is more of a welcome distraction.

Buzz Marketing (generally speaking) has more ups and downs. Inbound Marketing is more strategic, measurable and gets better over time.

These are just some of the differences between Buzz and Inbound Marketing. If you want to see what makes Inbound Marketing different, sign up for our Inbound Marketing Demo.

However, the truth is that Inbound Marketing is the strategic act of helping buyers find you.

Imagine how different the world would be if you knew exactly who to go to when you needed something. You knew the best vendor that sold the widget you wanted to buy.

Google and other search engines help people quickly identify the best resource for the problem they have or the desire they feel.

Inbound Marketing is the act of helping Search Engines and social media recommend you more highly as the best solution to people’s problems.

Your buyers need help finding you. Buzzoodle can help.
